Review andGiveaway: Cook'n Recipe Organizer

I was given the opportunity to review Cook'n Recipe Organizer.

I am an avid baker. I love to bake cookies, pies, candy, brownies...anything sweet. At one point last fall, I baked 95 dozen cookies to sell at the Fall Festival at my mom's church. We have a cookbook that has photo pages - where you can peel the plastic film up and press the paper to the slightly sticky sheet underneath, and it's great for organizing recipes, but I spend so much time on the computer that I was thrilled to have a recipe organizer like Cook'n that is online and on the computer.

Here's a little info about Cook'n Recipe Organizer:

Over 10,000 nutritional food facts
Several colorful recipe themes

I love that Cook'n comes already loaded with recipes, but I find it so easy to add my own, too.

I can't wait to have more time to really play with this software - I have so many recipes to add. I'll need to get all my Mom's and Grandmother's recipes entered in so that I can keep them forever.

Cook'n is offering a 50% coupon code specially made for my readers. The code is: mb-layne.

Cook'n is also offering 1 lucky reader a free digital download of Cook'n recipe Organizer. Just enter on the Rafflecopter form below. This giveaway is open worldwide.

  5. I am a baker just like you, but 95 dozen cookies? Were they all the same? How long did that take you? I make about 20 different kinds of cookies, bars, and candy at Christmas time and it usually takes me a week.

    1. I made about 10 different kinds. I prepped for 3 weeks in advance, mixing up dough and freezing dough balls to make it easier to bake later. Then I did all the actual baking in about 4 or 5 days. Freezing the dough balls ahead of time was really the best idea - and I found it on someone's blog :)
