Book Review Policy

I am currently accepting books for review. I choose books on a book by book basis. If the book does not seem like something I will like, then I will not agree to review it. I do not like giving poor reviews, so I will not take that chance.

I will accept ARC, Self-Published (Indie), and already published books. I cannot currently accept books in digital form, as I do not have an e-reader.

Genres I read:

YA
Paranormal Romance
Chick Lit
Romance
Sci-Fi
Mystery
Cozy Mystery
Fantasy
Crime
Contemporary Fiction
Erotica (at my discretion, absolutely no pedophilia, no rape scenes portrayed in a good light)
Historical Fiction (if it is a topic I am interested in, see above reasons)

I will consider reading Non-fiction, Memoirs, and Self-Help if they pertain to a topic I am interested in, or in general sound like a book I would enjoy. I do not read Religious books (ie: spiritual guidance or spiritual self-help). Books with religious characters or "religious historical" figures will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please just send me an email.

My reviews will include a cover picture (either one that is provided from the author/publisher or one from Amazon or Goodreads), a synopsis from Amazon, Goodreads, or the author/publisher, and my personal thoughts on the book. I usually will not count anything off for some grammar or spelling problems (after all, we can't be perfect all the time). I am more interested in telling people what I like about the book.

I will post all my reviews on Goodreads and/or Amazon, as well as posting about them on Twitter and Facebook. I can post reviews anywhere else you request, just be sure to let me know.

I read books in the order they are received. This means that I cannot promise you a set date that the review of your book will be posted. If your book needs to be reviewed for a set release day, please let me know. I will try to accommodate you, and it is usually not a problem. I am also open to book tours, in which case I will post on the day we set for my blog.

I am also open to giveaways, author interviews, and guest posts. If you are interested in any of these options please include them in your email.
